Creator, podcast & streaming studio FAQ

Plan your studio sign with clear answers.

Practical guidance for podcasts, creators, streamers, production studios and in-house content teams.

Can you convert our podcast, channel or creator logo into LED neon?

Yes, in most cases. Fine lines, gradients, small text and dense details may be simplified or combined with printed or engraved acrylic so the identity remains clear. Share the best available vector file and tell us which brand details must remain unchanged. You approve the proposed interpretation before production.

How do we choose the right size for a podcast or streaming backdrop?

Start with the camera-to-wall distance, available backdrop area, host and guest positions, microphones, monitors and the crops you use most. Send a main wide frame, a tighter frame and a vertical reference with the wall measurements. We’ll use them to recommend a suitable scale.

Can one sign work in both 16:9 videos and 9:16 clips?

Yes, when the placement is planned around both formats. Send the normal wide frame and intended vertical crop with the real people, microphones, screens and caption areas visible. Some studios may benefit from an offset position or a smaller secondary sign for the vertical frame.

How should we test the LED neon sign on camera?

Test the installed sign at the brightness you intend to use with the actual camera, frame rate, shutter speed and full studio-lighting setup. This makes it easier to adjust brightness, exposure, reflections or camera settings before recording.

Can the brightness be adjusted for different studio setups?

Yes, brightness control can be included for suitable configurations. It helps balance the sign for wide episodes, close shots, photography and different room-light levels. The selected control option is confirmed in the proposal.

Which neon colour works best on camera?

Choose the colour that best fits the brand and studio design. The camera white balance, exposure, surrounding light and wall colour affect how it appears on screen, so compare the selected colour with the real set and lighting before regular recording.

What should we know about installation and acoustic panels?

Installation is straightforward for most signs using the planned wall-mounting or hanging method. Share the wall and acoustic-panel layout so the fixing points and cable route can be coordinated. See the Installation Guide for the available methods.

Can we coordinate several signs, sets or studio locations?

Yes. A main backdrop, secondary angle, guest scene or several locations can be planned as one coordinated studio project. Share the sign role, artwork, dimensions, camera references, quantity, destination and target date for each unit.

How should we handle changing guests, episode titles and sponsors?

Use permanent neon for the show, channel, creator or company identity that is expected to remain current. Guest names, episode titles, sponsor marks and campaigns can stay in screens, production graphics or replaceable print so they are easy to update.

What should we send first, and how long will the project take?

Send the artwork, main and vertical frames, wider set photos, wall dimensions, camera distance, quantity, destination and target date. Standard delivery is normally 2–3 weeks. Express delivery is 10–12 calendar days for eligible projects and includes priority production and express shipping for an additional fee. The same published timing applies to indoor and outdoor signs. Timing begins after payment and completion of the mockup review process, when applicable. Review instructions and any response deadline are provided with the mockup by email.
