Plan a clear brand point that works with the vehicle position, customer route and the way finished work is presented. Use the real approach angle and daylight photos to plan a clear first impression. Use wall dimensions, the main sightline and the nearest power point to prepare the first layout.
Copy the summary and paste it into the project notes when you upload the artwork.

Arrival-to-handover planning
One automotive identity. Three different customer moments.

Can you convert our automotive business logo into LED neon?+
Yes, in most cases. Fine lines, gradients, small text and dense details may be simplified or combined with printed or engraved acrylic so the identity remains clear. Share the best available vector file and tell us which brand details must remain unchanged. You approve the proposed interpretation before production.
How do we choose the right size for a detailing studio or showroom?+
Send the usable wall width, viewing distance and straight-on and wider photos with the vehicle in its intended position. We use the logo proportions, surrounding space and main customer or camera angle to recommend a suitable size.
Where should the sign go in an automotive business?+
Strong positions include the entrance, reception desk, showroom focal wall, selected clean bay and vehicle handover area. Choose the sign’s main role first, then share the wall, vehicle position, viewing direction and nearest power point so the proposal can be planned around the real space.
How should we plan the sign for vehicle photos and video?+
Share photos with the vehicle in position and show the landscape and vertical framing you use most. Glossy paint, glass, mirrors and polished floors can influence reflections, so the mockup should consider the sign position, background, camera angle and adjustable brightness together.
Can the sign be installed outdoors or near a wash area?+
Yes, when the project is specified for the planned exposure. The sign body is IP67. A standard adapter is suitable when it remains indoors; if the adapter will stay outside, an outdoor waterproof adapter is required. Dimmers and RGB controllers are not waterproof and must remain indoors or suitably protected. RGB signs require a controller, while a single-colour sign can connect directly to the outdoor adapter without a dimmer. Share the exact mounting position and water exposure so the setup can be planned correctly.
Can we order several signs or coordinate multiple locations?+
Yes. Reception logos, clean-bay backdrops, handover walls and signs for several locations can be planned as one project. Share the master artwork, quantities, measurements, destinations and target dates so the visual standard and delivery schedule can be coordinated.
Can we use a vehicle manufacturer, racing or partner logo?+
We can review third-party brand artwork when you have permission to use it for the proposed sign. Share the best available file and the relevant authorization details with the project brief.
What should we know about installation?+
Most signs are straightforward to install. They are supplied with an acrylic backing, planned fixing points and relevant installation information. Depending on the setup, wall mounting, hanging kits, acrylic stands or acrylic boxes may be available. See the Installation Guide for the main options.
How long will production and delivery take?+
Standard orders are typically delivered in 2–3 weeks. Express service is 10–12 calendar days for eligible projects and includes priority production and express shipping for an extra fee. The same published timing applies to indoor and outdoor signs. Timing begins after payment and completion of the mockup review process, when applicable. Review instructions and any response deadline are provided with the mockup by email.
What files and site information should we send first?+
Send AI, SVG, EPS or PDF artwork if available, plus straight-on and wider site photos, usable dimensions, viewing or camera distance, intended vehicle position, nearest power point, indoor or outdoor use, quantity, destination and target date.
